Please only use a soft cloth dampened with rubbing alcohol to polish the glass top. You may clean the steel settings with a few drops of white vinegar or a metal polishing cloth to remove any tarnish that may naturally occur. Do not submerge any part of the jewelry in any liquid in order to prevent damage. We will not replace any jewelry that has been damaged due to improper cleaning techniques.

Cured resin can be cleaned by using a mild glass cleaner or detergent, then wiped dry with a soft non abrasive cloth. Do not use any scouring pads or cleansers as these can scratch the surface and create a cloudy appearance. Resin may yellow with exposure to the sun and may also occur naturally due to age. Cracking or breaking may occur with hard impact.

We use quality woods such as cedar and mahogany which are resistant to bugs and slow to rot, however they will naturally achieve a gray finish due to exposure to the elements. You can choose to protect your unfinished piece with any wood stain, varnish, polyurethane, or oils recommended for wood products. Both treated and untreated pieces can be cleaned gently with a soft bristle brush and mild detergent to remove any mold. Sand lightly with a fine grit paper before applying any stain or oil for maximum penetration and protection.
